How long do your helium-filled balloons last?
Our helium balloons typically float for 5 to 10 days depending on the environment. We use a special Hi-Float treatment on all latex balloons to extend their life, while our foil and bubble balloons are designed to stay upright for over a week.
Do you offer same-day delivery for party emergencies?
We offer next-day delivery nationwide for orders placed before 2 PM. For local customers within a 15-mile radius of our warehouse, we do offer a priority same-day courier service for an additional fee.
How are the balloons packaged to prevent popping during transit?
Each balloon is carefully inflated, weighted, and wrapped in protective tissue paper before being placed in our signature oversized, reinforced cardboard boxes. This ensures they arrive in perfect condition and ready to party.
Can I customize the colors and messages on my balloon order?
Absolutely! Most of our products allow for custom vinyl lettering. You can select your preferred balloon colors, font styles, and personalized text directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
What is your policy on returns and damaged items?
Since our balloons are perishable goods inflated to order, we cannot accept returns. However, if your balloon arrives deflated or damaged due to shipping, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or a complimentary replacement.
Are your balloons eco-friendly?
We care about the planet. Our latex balloons are made from 100% natural rubber and are biodegradable. We also encourage all customers to 'Pin it and Bin it' after use to ensure balloons are disposed of responsibly and never released into the wild.
